In 1994, after 16 years in the insurance industry, Mike became the Principal owner of Rifkin Insurance Associates, Inc. Mike served on the Board of Directors of the Independent Insurance Agents of Denver, being elected as president in 1990, as well as the Board of Directors of the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado, being elected as president in 2007. From 2007 to 2016, Mike served as Colorado’s National director to the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. Upon his completion of service, he received the lifetime achievement award.

Yvonne became an integral part of the Rifkin Insurance team in 1994, with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Yvonne is qualified to counsel and write insurance coverage for homeowners, automobile, rental property, personal umbrella, flood, motorcycle, boat, mobile homes, recreational vehicle, and collector automobiles. She strives to exceed her clients' expectations and prides herself on giving personalized, professional customer service. She also assists Mike Rifkin with commercial clients.

Donna Spina has over 35 years of experience in all lines of Health Insurance. She has extensive experience in fully insured, level funding and self-funding medical plans as well dental, vision, life/AD&D, critical illness, hospital, STD, LTD and accident benefits. She has a strong background in customer service and is very passionate about helping her clients and their employees understand their benefits package and educating individuals on how to be a wise consumer as it relates to benefits. Donna has held her life and health license since 1996 and is licensed in the state of Colorado. When Donna is not working with her clients, she enjoys fishing, playing darts, spending time with her husband around their firepit, and enjoying the company of their daughter.
